The Checkline TI-007DLX is a precisison instrument designed for high-resolution measurements on thin-wall metal and plastics. It is packaged in a sturdy extruded aluminum housing which is sealed for excellent environmental protection assuring trouble-free use even in the toughest field and production environments. The built-in datalogger has a capacity of 10,000 data values stored in up to 40 batches with 250 values/batch which is transferred via the USB port using the supplied cable. The TI-007DLX does not require any software, it will be shown as a drive when connected to a PC allowing convenient drag-n-drop into your program of choice. Data is saved in a comma deliminated file format (.csv) which makes it compatible with all programs and software. The Checkline TI-007DLX has measuring range in steel from 0.0060 to 1.0000 inch, (0.15 to 25.40 mm). Using a single element delay tip transducer, the gauges will measure thin materials and automatically remove any coatings in Echo-Echo Mode (E-E) as well as automatically switch to Interface Echo Mode (I-E)when measuring thicker materials, For measurement of plastics, the user would select Plastic Mode (PLAS) and use the option Graphite Delay Line Tip (p/n X-633-0000).

It can measure thickness up to 36 inches (915 mm), depending upon the material and transducer. Incorporates built-in datalogging for 10,000 values with 250 readings per batch, up to 40 separate batches with USB Output. Data can be transferred into any program in ".csv" format or viewed in Datacomm Software (free download). The TI-25DLX permits the operator to select from 8 preset materials as well as program 2 custom material velocities, plus allows free adjustment of the velocity as desired and allows the end-user to calibrate to a sample of known thickness where the velocity is automatically calculated. Additionally, to optimize linearity over a wide range, the user can perform a 2 point calibration to two samples of known thickness. The optimal velocity is automatically calculated to provide the highest accuracy and linearity between the low and high calibration points. The Checkline TI-25DLX can be used in a Single Thickness Reading mode or in a Scan mode , where the probe is dragged over a large measuring area. The Checkline TI-PVX Precision Ultrasonic A-scan Thickness Gauge is a precision instrument that provides the flexibility necessary for both high resolution and penetration requirements. The Checkline TI-PVX Precision Ultrasonic A-scan Thickness gauge's ability to use a variety of single element transducers for specific applications: Standard Delay Line (acrylic and graphite tips for metals and thin plastics), Pencil Delay Line (tough access area on thin materials), and Contact transducers (variety of applications) makes it the perfect flexibel tool for very precise and delicate measurements. The Dakota Ultrasonics PMX2-DL (PVX) Precision Ultrasonic A-scan Thickness Gauge Z-157-0004 / Z-157-0006 is a precision measuring instrument that provides the flexibility necessary for both high resolution and penetration requirements. It's ability to use a variety of single element transducers for specific applications: Standard Delay Line (acrylic and graphite tips for metals and thin plastics), Pencil Delay Line (tough access area on thin materials), and Contact transducers (variety of applications) makes it the perfect flexibel tool for very precise and delicate measurements. The adjustable resolution settings add to the PVXs flexibilty. The selectable viewing options provide the user with additional flexibility during operation: (RF waveform, +/- Rectified waveform, and Large Digits with Scan Bar. The time based B-Scan feature displays a cross section of the test material. Displays the profile of the opposite surface of the material. The high speed scan feature speeds up the inspection process by making 32 measurements per second. Remove transducer from the test material and display the minimum measurement scanned.
